Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to neuro and Med/Surg telemetry patients
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and neurological status
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Float between units as needed
