Core responsibilities include continuous hemodynamic monitoring, arterial and central venous access management, ventilator support and weaning, vasoactive medication titration, telemetry interpretation, rapid response coordination, and meticulous charting and care planning. You’ll participate in multidisciplinary rounds, implement evidence-based protocols, and tailor interventions to each patient’s evolving condition.
