Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Travel Manager or Senior Sales Management role.
  • Extensive international travel experience, with multiple trips abroad.
  • Proven success in sales conversion, meeting and exceeding targets, and delivering exceptional service.
  • Minimum 5 years of leadership and management experience, leading busy sales teams.
  • Strong ability to track and manage sales pipelines, forecast results, and drive conversion.
  • A person who embraces technology, understands systems, efficiencies, automation, and the role of AI in modern sales environments.
  • Excellent understanding of the importance of CRM discipline, data accuracy, and workflow compliance.
  • Proactive, solutions-driven, and confident in decision-making.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complaints or complex customer issues.
  • Strategic thinker who can identify gaps, implement improvements, and strengthen sales processes.
  • A people-focused leader who motivates, supports, and uplifts others.
  • Hands-on, action-oriented, and willing to jump in wherever needed.
  • Outstanding attention to detail with a commitment to quality.
