About The Position

This role supports spa locations that need on-site sales leadership. As a Travel Sales Manager, you will rotate between locations, step into active client environments, and take ownership of daily sales outcomes. Client traffic and demand already exist. Your role is to convert interest into revenue while maintaining a high standard of client experience.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales or client-facing environments
  • Comfortable working in new locations on a regular basis
  • Strong communication and closing ability
  • Coachable, adaptable, and performance-focused
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

  • Guide clients through available services and packages
  • Identify opportunities for upgrades and add-ons
  • Drive daily revenue through in-person sales activity
  • Blend quickly into new teams and operating styles
  • Follow established sales systems and training standards
