About The Position
We are hiring a Travel Sales Manager to support spa locations across several U.S. states. This role is centered on in-person client engagement, service education, and driving sales performance. Client appointments and walk-in traffic are already in place. Your responsibility is to convert opportunities into results while representing the brand professionally in every location.
Requirements
- Background in sales, hospitality, or client-facing roles
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Willingness to travel frequently within the United States
- Coachable, adaptable, and performance-driven mindset
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Responsibilities
- Conduct face-to-face consultations with clients
- Recommend services and packages based on client needs
- Increase revenue through add-on services and upgrades
- Maintain daily sales performance standards
- Adjust quickly to new spa locations and teams
- Follow sales guidelines, training, and operational procedures
