Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is seeking a Mammography Tech for a travel assignment in Maryville, Tennessee. This role supports a high-volume outpatient imaging center performing screening and diagnostic mammography procedures for adult patients. POSITION OVERVIEW This assignment is ideal for experienced Mammography Techs who are confident working independently in a fast-paced outpatient setting and performing a high volume of studies daily. ASSIGNMENT DETAILS • 13-week contract • Day shift 5x8s (08:30–17:00) • Outpatient imaging setting • High-volume department (up to 100 patients/day) • No call required • No weekends required • 1 position available COMPENSATION Because travel rates change frequently based on market demand and facility needs, our recruiters provide the most current and competitive pay packages during your initial conversation. Each compensation package is customized and may include taxable hourly wages along with tax-free stipends when applicable. CLINICAL RESPONSIBILITIES • Perform screening and diagnostic mammography procedures • Conduct 3D mammography and digital imaging • Assist with breast imaging and related procedures • Ensure proper patient positioning and image quality • Maintain imaging equipment and supplies • Provide patient education and support • Document all procedures in Epic EMR system WORK ENVIRONMENT • Outpatient imaging center • Adult patient population • High-volume workflow (100 studies/day) • Equipment: GE systems • Scrubs: Black Heartline Staffing is a Strategic Talent Partner with Purple Cow Recruiting. Requirements
- Minimum 2 years Mammography Tech experience REQUIRED
- Travel experience REQUIRED (HARD STOP)
- ARRT (M) and BLS REQUIRED (in hand at submission)
- EPIC experience REQUIRED (1+ year)
- Breast ultrasound experience REQUIRED
- Must meet MQSA compliance requirements (200 mammos in last 2 years)
- 3D, digital, and diagnostic mammography experience REQUIRED
- First-time travelers NOT accepted
