Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is seeking an experienced Travel Mammography Technologist for an outpatient Breast Center assignment in Columbus, Ohio. This role supports both screening and diagnostic mammography in a modern, high-volume outpatient setting, with occasional support at a satellite screening location. POSITION OVERVIEW This opportunity is ideal for technologists who want a structured outpatient environment, consistent workflow, and exposure to both screening and diagnostic cases without biopsy responsibilities. ASSIGNMENT DETAILS • Contract Length: 13 weeks • Schedule: Days, 5x8 • Shift Times: – 08:00–16:30 – 08:30–17:00 – 09:30–18:00 • Holiday Weeks: 4x10 schedule • Occasional Saturdays required • Mobile unit coverage may require variable hours (06:30–19:00) • Setting: Outpatient Breast Center • Satellite Location: Screening-only mammography COMPENSATION • Gross: $3,277 per week • W2: $45.00 per hour • Tax-Free Stipend: $1,477 per week CLINICAL RESPONSIBILITIES • Perform screening and diagnostic mammography • Operate digital and 3D mammography systems • Maintain high image quality and patient care standards • Support workflow in high-volume outpatient environment • Collaborate with radiology and breast care teams WORK ENVIRONMENT • Outpatient Breast Center • Modern digital imaging technology (3D Tomo) • Average 10–15 patients per day • No biopsy responsibilities • Structured, consistent workflow

Requirements

  • Active Ohio Department of Health (ODH) Mammography License REQUIRED
  • ARRT (R) and ARRT (M) REQUIRED
  • BLS REQUIRED
  • Experience with screening and diagnostic mammography REQUIRED
  • Experience with digital and 3D mammography REQUIRED
  • Ability to work in outpatient breast center environment REQUIRED
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts and occasional Saturdays REQUIRED
  • Must comply with Ohio fingerprinting timelines
