About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct patient care in a skilled nursing or healthcare facility. The LPN will support patient care plans, administer treatments and medications, and collaborate with the clinical team to ensure safe, high-quality care during overnight shifts.

Requirements

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice
• Previous experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or acute care preferred
• Ability to work overnight shifts and weekend schedules
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
• Ability to adapt quickly in a contract or travel assignment

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients under the supervision of an RN or physician
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and nursing protocols
• Monitor and document patient conditions, vital signs, and responses to treatment
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and patient mobility
• Respond promptly to patient needs and changes in condition
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Follow infection control, safety, and regulatory standards
• Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
