About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (T-LPN) to provide high-quality nursing care in a clinical or long-term care setting. The LPN will work as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team to support patient care, safety, and daily clinical operations.
Requirements
- Active LPN license in the state of assignment
- Prior experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or similar clinical settings preferred
- Ability to work assigned shifts, including both weekends
- Reliable personal transportation required
- Candidate must secure their own housing
- Strong communication, time management, and patient care skills

Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in accordance with physician orders and care plans
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the nursing team
- Administer medications and treatments within scope of practice
- Assist with patient assessments, documentation, and care coordination
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical records
- Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and support staff to ensure continuity of care
- Adhere to all facility policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
