About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality nursing care during overnight shifts in a long-term care or skilled nursing environment. The LPN will work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure patient safety, comfort, and continuity of care.

Requirements

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the practicing state
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Ability to work independently during overnight shifts

Nice To Haves

• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or similar clinical setting preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with established nursing standards
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the supervising RN or physician
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Perform and document routine nursing assessments
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation in patient medical records
• Respond to patient needs, emergencies, and call lights promptly
• Maintain compliance with facility policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
