Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is seeking an Interventional Radiology Tech for a travel assignment in Greenville, South Carolina. This role supports a high-acuity IR department performing advanced vascular and interventional procedures in a fast-paced hospital environment. POSITION OVERVIEW This assignment is ideal for IR Techs with strong special procedures experience who are comfortable assisting with complex interventional and vascular cases in a high-volume setting. ASSIGNMENT DETAILS • 13-week contract • Day shift 5x8s (07:00–15:30) • Patient ratio: 1:1 • Call required: 1 night per week + every 7th weekend • Float required across units/campuses within scope • 1 position available COMPENSATION Because travel rates change frequently based on market demand and facility needs, our recruiters provide the most current and competitive pay packages during your initial conversation. CLINICAL RESPONSIBILITIES • Assist with interventional radiology and special procedures • Maintain sterile field and support procedural workflow • Assist with vascular access, angiography, embolization, and stent placement • Support procedures including biopsies, drain placements, and endovascular interventions • Operate imaging equipment and maintain supplies • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams • Document procedures in Epic EMR system WORK ENVIRONMENT • Acute care hospital setting • Interventional Radiology department • High-acuity, multi-specialty procedural environment • Equipment includes Siemens/Philips imaging systems Heartline Staffing is a Strategic Talent Partner with Purple Cow Recruiting. Requirements
- Minimum 1 year Interventional Radiology / Special Procedures experience REQUIRED
- EPIC experience REQUIRED (HARD STOP)
- ARRT (R), BLS, and ACLS REQUIRED (in hand at submission)
- South Carolina Radiology license REQUIRED (in hand at submission)
- Must have experience in IR and special procedures work settings
- First-time travelers may be considered based on experience
