About The Position

We are seeking dedicated Data Technicians to support a large-scale infrastructure project. The role involves running new Cat5 cabling and installing Rigado Access Points (APs) across designated facilities. This is a temporary assignment requiring consistent night-shift availability and strong teamwork skills.

Requirements

• Experience with Cat5 cabling installation, termination, and testing.
• Familiarity with wireless access point installation (Rigado preferred).
• Ability to work night shifts consistently over the project duration.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills for paired assignments.
• Physical ability to lift, climb, and perform cable runs in varied environments.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Run new Cat5 cabling throughout project sites, ensuring proper routing, termination, and testing.
• Install and configure Rigado Access Points according to project specifications.
• Work in teams of two to complete tasks efficiently and safely.
• Perform quality checks to verify network performance and connectivity.
• Maintain accurate documentation of installations, cable runs, and completed work.
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to site-specific guidelines during all shifts.
