About The Position

We are seeking our next new teammate at IST Management's Corporate Headquarters! The Travel and Events Coordinator will perform a variety of daily functions to support travel and events for our national operations, as well as provide general administrative support. This is an entry level, full-time position with us at IST Management. Experience with coordinating national travel and events is a plus, but is not required. Candidates must be excellent communicators and capable problem solvers. Microsoft Office-Word and Excel experience required. Location: Candidates will need to live in commutable distance of IST Management’s Corporate office - Parking is free! Flexibility includes ability to work remotely, at an event site, and from our office location in Atlanta. After initial 3 month training period, position will offer 2 WFH days per week (on-site 3 days). Compensation: The compensation for this role will range from 15.00-18.00 USD per hour, dependent upon previous relevant experience in travel and event planning and performance during the interview process. Requirements

  • Professional demeanor
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to prioritize
  • Digital literacy and basic computer skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel experience required)
  • Authorization to work for any employer in the US
  • High school diploma or GED

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in national travel coordination and event planning is a plus, but is not required.

Responsibilities

  • Vendor selection and management, event execution, event set up and break down
  • Corporate hospitality; warmly and professionally hosting internal and external customers
  • Coverage of front desk reception when required
  • Performs other duties as assigned
