About The Position

The Villa Transportation Supervisor will serve as a key ambassador for Kiawah Island Golf Resort. This position is responsible for overseeing daily transportation operations, ensuring that all team members anticipate guest needs, respond promptly to requests, and consistently deliver exceptional service. The ideal candidate will foster a guest-focused culture, support staff development, and uphold the highest standards of hospitality and professionalism.

Requirements

• Minimum Education – High School Diploma, some college preferred.
• Minimum Experience – Previous experience of one year in hospitality preferred.
• Valid driver license.
• Must have flexible availability.
• Comfortable driving vehicles ranging from a 10-14 passenger Sprinter van.
• Able to effectively and efficiently communicate over a 2-way radio.
• Must work both independently and in a team environment.
• Good to excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds across short-medium distance.
• Must be able to work on site due to daily needs of the job requirements.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• High School Diploma, or equivalent GED required; college degree strongly preferred.
• Clean driving record with a valid licenses
• Team-oriented mentality, with ability to work independently
• Must be responsible and detail oriented
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Ability to coordinate, monitor and assist the drivers, Villa Front Desk and Concierge.
• Ensure the daily manifest is followed and all group moves are completed with minimal delay.
• Coordinating guests and group luggage for timely delivery to and pick-up from guestrooms.
• Be available to assist in any area of the operation when needed.
• Carefully carries baggage to and from guest villas and homes while also helping acclimate guests with their accommodations as needed.
• Preforms deliveries of amenities, golf bags, luggage, and other items when needed.
• Inspects van before each shift for any safety concerns, as well as cleanliness inside and out.
• Organize, assemble and distribute group/wedding amenities and keep detailed follow-up records of their delivery.
• Upholds the core values and policies & procedures of the resort.
• All other duties as assigned.
