About The Position
Performs duties of Transportation Engineering Associate I with Bamberg Construction. Assists with the performance and management of construction inspections on thermoplastic, raised pavement markers, guardrail and other projects. Assists with the use of Site Manager, keeping field notes and diaries. Supervises Engineer Technicians and completes yearly evaluations. Monitors construction projects for compliance with plans, specifications and standards. Assists with project closeout duties. Monitors projects QA/QC, erosion control and traffic control activities for compliance with approved plans. Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or Construction Science and Management; or an approved acceptable equivalence.
- A valid motor vehicle operator's license is required.
