About The Position

Join a fast‑paced transportation operation where you play a critical role in supporting drivers, coordinating live trips, and ensuring safe, efficient service. Must possess excellent English language skills, including reading, writing, speaking, and understanding.

Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License (held 3+ years)
• 23 years or older
• Clean driving record
• Must pass a DOT Physical & Drug Test

Responsibilities

• Operate the dispatch hotline: answer calls, record messages, and log all call details accurately
• Serve as the primary contact for drivers during active routes
• Collect and communicate information regarding accidents, incidents, emergencies, or vehicle issues
• Distribute keys and tablets; check driver readiness, uniforms, and document activity in the dispatch log
• Support safe, on-time transportation operations across all routes
