Transportation Clerk
About The Position
We have an exciting Transportation Clerk opportunity in our Optima location that will provide day-to-day clerical assistance within the transportation department. Responsibilities
- Complete daily data entry, and file paperwork.
- Audit pre and post-trip inspections and assist in ensuring DOT compliance with all applicable state and governmental laws.
- Generate daily/weekly reports with accuracy and submit to management.
- Maintain vehicle maintenance files for all vehicles.
- Do PO recs, and receive POs in JDE
- Assist with monthly tag renewals
