Job Description Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Supervise, coach, and support Patient Transport team members to ensure high performance and engagement Coordinate and prioritize patient transport requests to maintain efficient workflow and timely service Monitor staff productivity, performance, and adherence to departmental and regulatory standards Collaborate with nursing staff, physicians, and hospital departments to ensure seamless patient flow and satisfaction Train, onboard, and mentor new team members; provide ongoing development and feedback Ensure all transport equipment is properly cleaned, disinfected, and maintained for patient safety Enforce compliance with HHS policies, hospital protocols, and regulatory requirements Assist in scheduling, staffing, and resolving operational challenges in real time Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, safety, and service excellence Step in to assist with patient transport duties as needed to support team operations - Billing Identifier: CC 3058 Hourly
