The Impact You’ll Make in this Role As a Global Product Marketer, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to: Leading NPI portfolio commercialization activities to support growth across multiple portfolios in the collision repair segment Gathering insights and data globally around opportunities that can then be cultivated into new ideas to the hopper or phase gate material to advance projects and programs Partnering cross-functionally to develop realistic business cases that clearly define the risks, rewards, and resources needed Engaging with the areas to develop and implement effective new product launch plans that fully realize the opportunity in the market as quickly as possible Consulting with global portfolio leaders to prioritize new ideas for product roadmap development and execution through customer and market insights Being agile and able to solve complex problems with strong business acumen and creativity, and building business plans based on developing a deep understanding of the market Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications: MBA Degree in marketing or business from an accredited university (completed and verified prior to start). Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: Shown ability to work and lead cross-functionally and cross-geographically to actionable outcomes Ability to gather and synthesize numerous points of data into meaningful insights Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills Ability to prioritize and effectively manage time commitments across multiple projects and workstreams Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and driven with an entrepreneurial mindset as a leader across global teams Good analytic abilities, especially around business case development – is it real – can we win it – is it worth it Strategic thinking abilities and problem-solving skills Ability to lead with positivity and inclusivity Effective communicator with experience of influencing and delivering results in a complex environment Work location: On-site 4 days a week Candidate must be near a 3M site Travel: May include up to 20 % domestic/international Relocation Assistance: May be authorized Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
