About The Position

The firm has offices and operations in more than 60 countries across more than 5,500 properties, totaling approximately 75 million square feet. The Global Real Estate (GRE) team consists of more than 400 employees, executing 13,000 capital projects per year globally totaling nearly $2 billion a year in design, construction, and capital investment. Join our team to support and execute the Global Real Estate (GRE) technology and data strategy, governance, platforms, and innovation initiatives. As Technology Strategy, Vice President on the Global Real Estate Digital Platforms & Data team, you will play a critical role in driving the execution of technology and data strategies for Global Real Estate (GRE). Reporting to the Chief Operating Office Technology Lead, you will help oversee GRE technology platforms, support the development and delivery of GRE technologies, and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure technology platforms meet business needs. You will partner with internal and external product teams, system administrators, and data analysts, and collaborate with CAO & Technology partners to advance data governance initiatives. Technology platforms include those supporting GRE’s Portfolio Management, Property Management, Design & Construction, and Regional/Site Services functions. You will have strong project management and execution experience, the ability to structure and define strategy, and a talent for developing solutions to complex problems. You should possess excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and drive change. Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage both tactical and strategic projects in parallel is essential. Experience with reference data management, technology & real estate project management, process improvement, and operations management is preferred.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in technology implementation, project/program management, or change management roles.
  • Strong organization, prioritization, and decision-making skills.
  • Results-oriented with strong attention to detail.
  • Proven project management experience, including managing multiple projects/workstreams and balancing competing priorities.
  • Highly analytical, with experience in collecting and synthesizing operational metrics and data.
  • Experience managing project teams and motivating team members to execute work plans.
  • Advanced client management skills, with the ability to partner with senior and line managers and maintain a point of view in the face of resistance.
  • Superior written and oral communication skills, able to convey business and technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Flexible work style and ability to develop and maintain partnerships across all levels of the organization.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the financial services industry (especially in an operations environment) and/or Real Estate industry knowledge highly desired.
  • Experience working with Real Estate Technology platforms for Program Management, Property Management, Lease Transaction & Administration, Seat Assignment, Tracking, and Allocations.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Chief Operating Office technology lead to deliver technology and data strategy aligned to business priorities
  • Manage and support Global Real Estate technology platforms to meet stakeholder needs
  • Lead daily operations across product teams, system administrators, and data analysts
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships to ensure platforms deliver measurable value
  • Partner with Chief Administrative Office and technology teams to execute data governance initiatives
  • Drive delivery of technology programs and projects with clear outcomes and timelines
  • Establish and implement global frameworks for system administration and platform support
  • Identify automation and process improvement opportunities; pilot new ways of using existing tools
  • Collect and analyze user and stakeholder feedback to prioritize platform enhancements
  • Prepare executive updates on portfolio health, risks, and project status
  • Influence architecture, design standards, and vendor solutions through collaboration and proof of concept work
