About The Position

The Transformation Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and directing projects across the University of Florida Health System. This role ensures the successful planning, execution, and completion of strategic initiatives, aligning all efforts with UF Health's mission, vision, and organizational goals.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Healthcare Administration or a related field is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar platforms).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with a strong understanding of data, metrics, and reporting to measure project success.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in healthcare, academic, or research-focused environments is strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-disciplinary projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Lean Six Sigma certification or other relevant process improvement certifications are a plus.
