Adventist Health Glendale is proud to be part of the thriving, diverse community since 1905. Job Summary: Oversees project timelines, deliverables, and coordination of project team members. Manages and executes the project timelines and work plans. Ensures the sustainability of assigned projects. Administers projects according to approved plans, specifications, and scopes of work in accordance with regulatory requirements of department. Manages large program(s) with substantial budget/impact. Acts as a liaison between all stakeholders. Supervises and directs the activities of various levels of assigned personnel using both professional and supervisory discretion and independent judgment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Required
  • Five years' relevant experience: Preferred
  • One year's leadership experience: Preferred

Nice To Haves

  • Master's Degree: Preferred
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification: Preferred

Responsibilities

  • Oversees responsibilities for projects being coordinated.
  • Creates and maintains project infrastructure and documentation.
  • Maintains databases and reports as appropriate.
  • Ensures project schedule, status reports and other project artifacts are maintained accurately and kept current using project management tools.
  • Manages data input functions, editing of data, integrating of reports and confidentiality of all database information.
  • Ensures proper documentation completed and approved by department.
  • Conducts project and team meetings; appropriately tracking action items, risks, and decisions.
  • Maintains project budgets and schedules.
  • Monitors and prioritizes workload to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.
  • Maintains required permits, plans, specifications, operations and maintenance manuals, and related documents.
  • Directs and manages outside contract vendors, contractors, and suppliers in support of project activities.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
