About The Position

Presbyterian is seeking a Transformation Office Analyst This role is responsible for supporting the Transformation Office (TO) team of Initiative Owners and Workstreams, Initiative delivery, and reporting. This is a Full Time position - Exempt: Yes Hybrid: In office expected for individuals within 60 Miles of Albuquerque every Tues, Wed, Thurs Remote: Open to remote applicants in the United States, except for the following states: California, Illinois, North Dakota, New York, Ohio, Washington and Wyoming Work hours: Days Ideal Candidate: Bachelors degree in business area or related field; 5 years + required in a consulting, finance or planning work environment.

  • Experience supporting transformation initiatives, including data analysis, KPI tracking and project coordination.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in Wave Program Management Tool a plus

Responsibilities

  • Support problem solving with initiative Owners and Workstream Lead
  • Identify initiative roadblocks or delays and communicate to TO teamEnsure adherence to TO guidelines and processes; modify and reconcile reports when underlying data structures change; support documentation creation as required by Stage gates (L-gates)
  • Partner with organizational leaders in a consultative nature to provide leadership to initiative resources in a manner that ensures timely delivery on commitments/tasks in support of broader initiative deliverables
  • Align and lead cross-organizational resources to ensure successful delivery of the initiative
  • Utilizing Wave Program Management too, Excel or PowerPoint to design and prepare presentations and reports
