Interns will have the opportunity to network within Medica and with other Interns through weekly Lunch and Learns and opportunities to hear from Executives. Each internship offers a meaningful experience and impactful projects you’ll be able to discuss with future employers. At Medica, we look forward to our Summer Internship Program each year.  The Transformation Intern will gain hands‑on exposure to how Transformation Program Managers plan, execute, and track strategic programs. You will develop experience organizing and maintaining enterprise SharePoint content using documentation standards, built foundational skills in process documentation and light process improvement supporting the Business Enablement (BE) team. Strengthen coordination, scheduling, and stakeholder support skills across cross‑functional teams, and build confidence working in a fast‑paced, collaborative transformation environment. Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree
  • Eligibility to work in the US: Medica does not offer work visa sponsorship for this role. All candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of application. Employment is contingent on verification of identity and eligibility to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Shadow Transformation Program Managers to gain hands-on exposure to how Medica supports the planning, execution, and tracking of strategic programs
  • Updating the Medica Transformation Team SharePoint site by completing content clean‑up, and supporting documentation standardization efforts
  • Provide support to the Business Enablement (BE) team through process documentation and light process improvement activities, as well as scheduling, coordination, and logistical support for team meetings
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
