Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and curious Business Transformation Intern to join our team for Summer 2026. This internship offers hands-on experience working at the intersection of business, technology, and operations. The intern will support initiatives focused on ERP systems, data optimization, emerging AI-driven solutions, and general process improvement that enhance business processes and decision-making. This role is ideal for someone interested in digital transformation, business operations, or consulting.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Operations, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Interest in ERP systems, process improvement, data analytics, and emerging AI technologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Power BI or similar tools is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Assist in analyzing business processes and identifying opportunities for improvement across systems and workflows
  • Support initiatives related to ERP systems (such as data integrity, reporting, and process alignment)
  • Contribute to projects focused on data optimization, reporting, and improving data quality for business insights
  • Support exploration and implementation of AI-driven tools and automation opportunities
  • Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders across departments
  • Help create process documentation, workflows, and standard operating procedures
  • Conduct research on tools, technologies, and industry trends related to ERP, AI, and operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, IT, and leadership
