As we expand, we seek a passionate Director focused on Revamping Order Management to lead operational improvements through innovative supply chain solutions. This role involves guiding the Order Management Transformation across global operations and managing the Execution Team for order fulfillment in the LATAM region. The position blends strategic leadership with practical operational oversight to improve efficiency, customer satisfaction, and business coordination across regions. The individual will define and complete a strategic roadmap to modernize order management processes, ensuring alignment with the company's broader operational flow and business objectives. They will partner closely with consultants and cross-functional teams to design and implement more efficient, accurate, and customer-centric workflows. In parallel, this role will lead all aspects of day-to-day LATAM order fulfillment activities, driving operational excellence, timely delivery, and superior customer experience. The leader will supervise key performance metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and ensure alignment between global transformation goals and regional activities. Ultimately, this position serves as the connection point between strategic transformation and operational delivery, enabling sustainable performance improvements and stronger business outcomes. Effective from the date that Hasbro opens its new Boston location, this position will be onsite Tuesday - Thursday at Hasbro's new HQ location in Boston, MA. In the interim, this position will be onsite Tuesday - Thursday at Hasbro's HQ in Pawtucket, RI.

Responsibilities

  • Establish the transformation goals for the global Order Management (OM) process, confirming they are consistent with the overall interpersonal strategy and supply chain objectives.
  • Develop and maintain a detailed transformation roadmap with achievements, timelines, and results.
  • Manage consultants' work, ensuring recommendations align with the comprehensive transformation strategy, and validate proposed solutions.
  • Analyze and redesign worldwide distribution and order processing workflows to enhance efficiency, optimize expenses, and improve order accuracy and speed.
  • Work together with diverse groups (Storage, Distribution, Coordination, Sales, IT, Finance) to improve operations and meet customer and business requirements.
  • Reduce customer compliance charges related to order cuts and on-time shipping through improved process design.
  • Optimize network inventory flow to align stock positioning with market needs.
  • Establish and supervise key indicators such as OTIF, order accuracy, compliance charges, and process efficiency.
  • Prepare and present transformation progress updates, performance reports, and improvement recommendations to the executive team.
  • Partner with consultants to identify both short- and long-term guidelines that drive customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
  • Develop and complete detailed implementation plans outlining roles, responsibilities, and timelines.
  • Be responsible for testing and validation of new processes or systems before full-scale rollout, ensuring readiness and adoption.
  • Promote an environment of constant development and inventive thinking within the order fulfillment operations.
  • Stay current on industry trends, technologies, and guidelines to find opportunities for future enhancements.
  • Guide the LATAM Order Management team to provide a smooth, customer-focused experience emphasizing order precision, promptness, and service excellence.
  • Act as the main contact for Commercial business partners and key customers, ensuring timely issue resolution and alignment with service expectations.
  • Streamline end-to-end order management workflows to improve speed, efficiency, and compliance with regional and global standards.
  • Work closely with Warehousing, Transportation, Planning, and Sales groups to guarantee seamless delivery while ensuring customer requirements are met.
  • Proactively manage inventory flow trends to align supply with market demand.
  • Supervise and assess meaningful operational indicators including OTIF, Order Touches, Chargebacks, and Cut Trends.
  • Provide consistent updates to senior management on performance, areas for improvement, and current initiatives.
  • Identify and resolve order management issues impacting customer satisfaction, including order delays, master data inaccuracies, and product availability.
  • Implement corrective and preventive measures to minimize customer compliance risks.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand evolving needs and ensure order processes meet expectations.
  • Partner with Sales and Commercial teams to align order execution with customer priorities and business goals.
