This is a multi-year journey driven by bold, cross-functional initiatives spanning product, technology, operations, delivery, and sales. Our mandate is to simplify the operating model, accelerate technology adoption, and mobilize the entire organization around our strategic goals. The Transformation Director is a strategist and an operator responsible for structuring complex problems, designing enterprise-wide programs, and driving execution. This leader collaborates deeply across the organization, converts transformation strategy into structured workplans, and provides objective assessments to guide decision-making.

Requirements

  • 8+ years’ experience in consulting, technology, payments, insurance, hospitality, or similarly complex environments
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred (or equivalent professional experience in liu of advanced education.)
  • Distinctive problem solving skills that can be deployed across a range of topics and departments
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives; people management experience a plus
  • Ability to build trust and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including executive-level storytelling

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Risk and Compliance functions
  • Experience driving adoption of new technologies to maximize user value

Responsibilities

  • Break down unclear business problems into structured, actionable workplans
  • Design and execute initiatives that span multiple departments and solve root-cause issues, ensuring alignment, clear ownership, and outcomes across the organization
  • Create clear, simple materials that help executives and clients understand progress
  • Offer objective views on how the organization is performing, where we can improve, and the actionable steps needed to realize the opportunities
  • Find opportunities to simplify processes and make the operating model easier to run
  • Help teams adopt new technology by guiding the full end-to-end rollout and influencing the behavioral changes required
  • Establish and implement standards for ways of working, delivering, and serving clients with quality, speed, and empathy
  • Translate technical changes into clear, easy-to-use documentation for frontline teams
  • Lead practical training sessions to help teams learn new processes
  • Conduct root-cause analysis on risk incidents and assess long-term control effectiveness

  • The expected salary range for this position is $200,000 - $230,000, dependent on skills and location.
