About the role: As a Senior Project Manager within Systems & Adoption Team, you will lead high visibility special projects that directly support organizational transformation, AI initiatives, and operational modernization efforts, including ticketing system migrations. Your day-to-day focus will include structured project planning, executive-level reporting, risk and KPI tracking, and ensuring cross-functional alignment across business and technical teams. This is a highly collaborative role requiring strong communication, operational discipline, and a proactive approach to change management. This is a full-time hybrid position based in Jacksonville, FL, requiring onsite presence Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. About the team: You will join a Client Office Center of Excellence on the Systems & Administration team known for its clarity, structured execution, and strong partnership with product, engineering, and support leaders. The team operates with high accountability and emphasizes communication excellence, measurable outcomes, and executive-ready deliverables. You will collaborate closely with leaders driving AI adoption, operational transformation, and platform modernization.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven project management experience, including managing complex operational and transformation projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver structured project reporting, executive updates, and org-wide communications.
  • Strong experience leading projects across cross-functional teams including operations, technology, and support.
  • PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials highly preferred.
  • Change Management experience; certification (e.g., Prosci or equivalent) is a strong plus.
  • Proficiency with project management tools; experience using Monday.com is a strong plus.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with AI programs, enterprise automations, or operational transformation initiatives.
  • Experience working within fintech, enterprise operations, or large-scale technology environments.

Responsibilities

  • Leading multi-workstream operational projects including AI initiatives, platform transitions, and ticketing system migrations.
  • Managing project plans, risks, metrics, budgets, and cross-functional dependencies with precision.
  • Delivering executive-ready updates, dashboards, and communications that articulate progress, risks, and business value.
  • Coordinating with technical, business, and support teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery of milestones.
  • Establishing clear success measures and ensuring accountability around KPIs and operational outcomes.
