About The Position

Responsible for the day-to-day execution of the practice transformation engagement and plan creation process with prospective advisors including intake and engagement, planning, offer creation and offer acceptance. The nature of the role is to be able to balance between business development and practice management consulting by acting as a recruiter for Cetera, showing excitement for the brand. As well as an Advisor/Consultant, driving practice transformation towards Cetera's in-house platform, "My Advice Architect". This role is a HYBRID position, which will required to be in the Dallas office location (Wed, Thurs and 2nd & 4th Friday of the month).

Requirements

  • Demonstrated understanding of an advisor recruiting processes
  • Strong communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Financial Services or Broker Dealer industry
  • Practice development and advisor recruiting experience
  • Series 7, 24, 66 required

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for building and executing practice transformation playbook(s).​
  • Define, build and execute a Practice Transformation Concierge Process that includes engagement with pre-affiliation, onboarding and advisory support teams.​
  • Responsible for tracking success stories and reporting on results and outcomes of practice transformation engagements and implementations with advisors.​
  • Partner closely with Financial Planning & Analysis and CBA teams to create & deliver practice transformation and transition assistance offers.​
  • Responsible for identifying opportunities to improve the engagement and execution model.​
  • Responsible for executing successful implementation and partner hand-offs of practice transformation plans.
  • Other duties as assigned.
