About The Position

As a Transformation, Adoption and Change Lead, you will make a tangible impact on the success of Kyndryl’s internal transformation initiatives. You will build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, conducting interviews and gathering relevant data to gain invaluable insights into their functions and priorities. You will assess current operations, processes, and systems to identify opportunities for improvement, partnering with leaders to develop and execute actionable plans for transformation. Using your understanding of Kyndryl’s strategic objectives, unique business needs and transformation goals, you will develop comprehensive strategies and action plans that drive transformative results and focus on change adoption for impacted stakeholders.  You will also monitor the progress of implemented strategies and change methodologies and measure their impact on key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring that our internal transformations achieve the best possible outcomes. Using your Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consulting skills, you will define and drive large-scale change approaches that span Kyndryl’s business units, functions, and geographies. You will work directly with internal stakeholders to understand the impact of the transformation leveraging our proven OCM methodology to manage resistance, mitigate risk and ensure a positive change experience for Kyndryls. Requirements

  • Minimum of 5+ years of work experience in Organizational Change Management or a related field, preferably focused on large-scale, cross-functional transformations with experience in business strategy consulting or a related field.
  • Experience in transformation program development and strategic planning, with a proven ability to align initiatives with organizational objectives.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience gathering and synthesizing data to develop actionable insights and recommendations.
  • A deep understanding of business operations, industry dynamics, and market trends
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to influence leaders and drive alignment across multiple business units.
  • Experience developing and deploying change activities across multiple business units and geographies. Tactics include, but are not limited to, stakeholder engagement, change impact assessments, communications strategies and plan, organization design and culture assessments, training and enablement, change adoption measurement, and change readiness activities.
  • Experience leading teams and coaching project team members to deliver OCM strategies within project timelines.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement change management strategies with a human-centric approach, emphasizing employee experience.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Design Thinking methodologies

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelors degree.
  • Prosci Certification or other applicable industry certifications in Organizational Change Management, Agile, or related fields.
  • Experience in program management or project leadership.
  • Proven ability to empower teams by fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrated success in mentoring and developing team members to build organizational capacity and drive successful outcomes.
  • Strong strategic thinking abilities with the capacity to assess and resolve complex business problems.
  • Background in Business Analytics
