About The Position

The role of the Transformation / Change Manager encompasses many activities including (but not limited to): Governance and organisational capability assessments. Change readiness and stakeholder impact analysis. Future operating model design. Recommendations on organisational alignment, structures, and capabilities. Support for roadmap development including change components.

Requirements

  • NQF 6 or a Degree in Information Communication Technology (ICT) field incorporating (but not limited to) Information Systems
  • Change Management certification
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in the field of a change management role.
  • Working and consulting in Enterprise Organisation (of more than 1000 users)
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in developing, managing and implementing change programmes.
