About The Position

We are seeking a Transfer Agent (Intern) to join our team in Marrakech, Morocco. This is a full-time, onsite internship position focused on ensuring smooth transfer operations. Reporting to the Reservations Manager and Reservations Supervisor, the intern will be actively involved in daily transfer coordination, including liaising with local operators and managing bookings and cancellations. The role requires close collaboration with Operations, Product, and Sales teams to support both scheduled trips and private group transfers. This position is ideal for an organized individual who enjoys variety, can manage multiple tasks calmly, and takes pride in contributing to well-executed travel experiences through teamwork and attention to detail.

Requirements

• Travel experience in Morocco and a passion for travel
• Strong organisational and customer service skills with great attention to detail
• Experience with analysis and report creation
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• The ability to communicate clearly in English and French
• A good understanding of Intrepid’s style of travel and Responsible Travel philosophy
• Confidence using IT systems and managing multiple tasks at once
• A friendly, reliable and team‑oriented approach, with a positive attitude
