About The Position

We are looking for a Transfer Agent to join our team in Marrakech, Morocco, on a permanent, full-time, onsite basis. This role is crucial for ensuring transfers move smoothly. Reporting to the Reservations Manager and Reservations Supervisor, the Transfer Agent will be hands-on in coordinating day-to-day transfers. This involves liaising with local operators, managing bookings and cancellations, and collaborating closely with Operations, Product, and Sales teams to support both scheduled trips and private group transfers. The ideal candidate thrives on organization, enjoys variety, and maintains composure when managing multiple tasks simultaneously, taking pride in the details that contribute to successful trips.

Requirements

• Travel experience in Morocco and a passion for travel
• Strong organisational and customer service skills with great attention to detail
• Experience with analysis and report creation
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• The ability to communicate clearly in English and French
• A good understanding of Intrepid’s style of travel and Responsible Travel philosophy
• Confidence using IT systems and managing multiple tasks at once
• A friendly, reliable and team-oriented approach, with a positive attitude
