About The Position

Eaton’s IS AER FED division is currently seeking a Transducer/NTC Solderer to join our team in Bethel, CT! The core hours are 7 am - 3:30 pm. The hourly range for this position is $22-$27 per hour. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. What you’ll do: The Solderer (NTC) is responsible for soldering and reworking very small and intricate products. The ideal candidate will have exceptional hand dexterity along with a working knowledge in reading, interpreting, and utilizing technical procedures and blueprints. The individual must be comfortable working in a team environment. This first shift position is well suited for a patient individual who is a fast learner, is focused on quality output, and enjoys working in a demanding atmosphere. In this role, you will: • Solder electro-mechanical components under a microscope and/or a magnifying glass • Assemble, setup and maintain tooling • Recommend design and process improvements to enhance manufacturability • Perform visual inspection of parts • Maintain quality records • Interpret customer and supplier requirements • Additional duties as assigned

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution, or equivalent work experience required
  • Minimum 1 year of soldering experience required
