About The Position

HAND SOLDERER RESPONSIBILITIES: Learn to solder and assemble components, such as half rings and u-wires, using a variety of techniques and tools (training provided). Read and understand spec sheets on items. Inspect soldered pieces to ensure alignment, durability, and adherence to design specifications. Operate and maintain soldering equipment and supplies, including torches, flux soldering pastes, and other tools (with training). Keep a clean and organized workstation. Collaborate with the design and production teams to achieve desired outcomes. Meet production deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards. Perform other related duties as assigned by management. QUALIFICATIONS: Previous experience in jewelry soldering or a similar role is helpful but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals. Strong attention to detail and precision. Ability to read and interpret design sketches or technical drawings (training provided if unfamiliar). Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask. Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work well in a team environment. Ability to read and understand English is an advantage but not required.
