About The Position

As a Transaction Processor, you will provide document review, scanning and data entry support. Your assistance will make a positive difference in the organization.

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Ability to meet the requirements of a background
• Ability to work in multiple programs/systems simultaneously
• Excellent attendance/punctuality
• Excellent work ethic
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Strong, positive, team-player attitude and approach to the day
• Microsoft skills are necessary
• Proficient keyboard skills

Nice To Haves

• 1-2 years of mailroom experience is preferred
• Experience using the OPEX mail extractor machine is preferred

Responsibilities

• Receive, Sort, Distribute and Open daily mail received
• Scan documents using the OPEX mail extractor machine when needed
• Data entry
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Manage multiple assignments when needed
• Organization and time management skills necessary
• All other duties as assigned by management
• Must be able to lift at least 40lbs
