About The Position

Transaction Processing Associate provide day-to-day contracted services to external clients, which may include technical or non-technical customer support, transaction processing, and sales & marketing services. This role involves performing production services such as data entry, document processing, scanning, and similar activities to support business operations. What you will be doing: Manage and oversee complex tasks escalated due to issues. Act as a domain expert and provide subject matter guidance to junior team members. Ensure Turnaround Time (TAT) and quality standards are met for all assigned volumes through effective planning. Collaborate with supervisors on key performance measures set by the client. Coordinate staffing needs, including interviewing candidates. Participate in process improvement initiatives without compromising quality. Communicate status updates to teams and managers. Attend meetings with internal teams and external clients. Advanced and specialized expertise in analytical methods or operational processes, developed through training and experience. Works autonomously within established procedures and practices. Proposes improvements to processes and methods. Acts as lead, coordinating work but not supervising. Functional Knowledge: Broad and/or deep skills in processes, procedures, and systems; may act as technical expert. Business Expertise: Understands how related teams coordinate to achieve objectives. Impact: Influences own team and related teams; suggests process improvements. Leadership: Serves as team lead; allocates work and provides guidance. Problem Solving: Uses judgment and experience to resolve issues with little precedent. Interpersonal Skills: Communicates effectively with tact and diplomacy.

Requirements

  • Must reside within 50 Miles Radius of Albuquerque, NM
  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older
  • Have a High School Diploma or an equivalent level of education.
  • Must be able to submit to a pre-employment screening
  • Have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship.
  • Vocational training, certifications, or equivalent experience in transaction processing or related field.
  • Considerable on-the-job experience in similar roles.
