About The Position

Moorings Park is looking for a Tram Driver. The Tram Driver is responsible for working in accordance with the transportation policy and providing regularly scheduled transportation for all residents. Requirements

Excellent oral and written communication skills in the English language required.
Must be able to operate a golf cart and vehicle.
Must have a Florida Driver’s License and a safe driving record.
Highschool Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

Completes scheduled tram runs on time aiding residents, partners, and guests.
Delivers inter-office mail throughout property.
Assist residents in handling packages.
Keeps trams clean, fully charged and in good operating condition. Reports unsafe conditions and issues to supervisor.
Comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations; maintains knowledge of and follows all company policies and procedures.
Obtain knowledge and demonstrate the principles of Moorings Park, person directed care and successful aging philosophies and their inherent core values of commitment, respect, compassion, dedication, teamwork, and quality. Team member will support, actively participate, and act in accordance with the principles of the Moorings Park service culture and be familiar with and fluent in the language and service pillars of Moorings.
