Specifically, we are looking for a TS/SCI cleared Training Technician - Senior to support this mission at Pope Army Airfield, North Carolina. Responsibilities: As a Training Technician - Senior you will provide technical and management leadership for all equipment and information support functions across the Task Order. Your responsibilities include: Designs, builds, and maintains C2ISR training lab environments for classroom, virtual, and hands-on events supporting hardware and software system upgrades and installations across mission-critical operational environments. Configures training systems, network segments, accounts, and data to replicate mission-realistic scenarios for operators and maintainers. Performs advanced troubleshooting of lab networks, workstations, and peripherals, and ensures images, versions, and configurations are current, repeatable, and documented. Coordinates with Technical Trainers, Training Specialists, and engineers to implement new baselines, scenario updates, and lab changes. Oversees junior and journeyman training technicians in preparing, resetting, and verifying lab environments so performance-based exercises run reliably. Uses the Government-furnished LCMS/LMS to confirm enrollments against lab capacity, support tracking of attendance and completions, and document environment readiness and issues. Utilize the following TO Management & Financial Tracking Tools: Task Order portal; Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate); G Invoicing API; ASSIST portal integration; variance analysis dashboards; MS Project; Primavera; GFP management modules; WBS tracking systems; ServiceNow; Jira Service Desk; automated RIP/CTP/TAR workflows; SharePoint libraries; Confluence; Microsoft Search; lessons learned databases; video library repositories; Archer GRC; internal audit portals; Excel/SharePoint audit templates; CMDB with version control; Power BI with R/Python integration; Tableau; predictive analytics engines; Teams; Azure AD role based access; mobile access via Power Apps.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Training Technician or similar role supporting a DoD customer at the CCMD level;
  • Minimum of 6 years’ experience with a BS/BA or 4 years’ experience with a MS/MA or 2 years’ experience with a PhD. or 10 years' w/o a degree or 8 years' with AA/AS Degree
  • A current, active DoD security clearance at the TS/SCI level
  • US citizenship is required

Nice To Haves

  • DoD-approved IA baseline certification for ADP-III/IT-III based on the IAT level and CE/Operating System (OS) certificate within six months of the assignment.
