About The Position

Overseeing technical training needs, administering plans, procedures, and programs for selected groups to meet training needs and problems Serving as a primary customer contact and helping manage overall company customer interface relationships Supervising or conducting special courses designed for training selected groups of organization employees Administering improvements or changes to training programs to improve on the programs’ effectiveness Seeking new business opportunities in related technical areas, identifying new customers and/or developing additional tasking with existing customers FILLING THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON FUNDING #LI-AM1

Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI eligible clearance
  • Training certification: Navy Master Training Specialist (MTS) or equivalent
  • Demonstration of communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, and short-term and long-term planning skills
