About The Position

Training Team Supervisor Leads a compact team while overseeing manufacturing performance, ensuring compliance with specifications and safety protocols, driving Lean continuous‑improvement initiatives, and developing financial forecasts and operating plans to support efficient, high‑quality production. Your role: Supervises, guides, and develops a compact team, ensuring productivity, precision in task execution, and effective performance, selection, and career development processes. Develops financial forecasts and annual operating plans to support strategic decision-making and alignment with organizational objectives. Maximizes manufacturing performance by optimizing key metrics, ensuring adherence to specifications and quality requirements, preparing/implementing production processes, and maintaining compliance with Health & Safety protocols through ongoing operator training. Drives continuous improvement by implementing Lean methodologies, supporting NPI integration, and identifying innovative ways to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, Electronic Engineering or related field (or Vocational Education equivalent)
  • Lean Leadership Training/Certification required
  • No experience required with a Bachelor’s Degree, or 4+ years of experience with Vocational Education in Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, or related areas.
  • Knowledge of EHS, manufacturing principles, quality monitoring, continuous improvement, supply chain management, process engineering, KPI management, and business acumen.
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
  • People management capability combined with financial planning and analysis (FP&A) proficiency to support decision‑making and operational performance.

  • Master’s Degree preferred.
