Then we have an opportunity for you! We currently have an opportunity for a Training Supervisor at our manufacturing plant in Louisville, KY. Responsibilities Your Role: As the Training Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the training for production employees and coordinating with the supervising team members to ensure the achievement of goals, and that the work environment is safe. The Training Supervisor will document all training of current and new employees in the company systems. Work with HR, EHS, Quality, Production, Process Management, Materials Management, and Machine Operators to develop training programs, SOPs, and training schedules. Influence our critical quality initiatives. Ultimately, the Training Supervisor will manage, direct, and coordinate all activities related to training to maximize productivity and minimize cost while maintaining safety and quality. Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of supervisory manufacturing experience with an emphasis on training.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office capabilities.
  • Problem-solving experience using 5S, Kaizen, TPM, or Wishbone.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word and Power Point.

Nice To Haves

  • BA/BS degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience with SAP and Kronos.
  • Experience in a Union environment.
