Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Safety, HR, Organizational Development, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience training or teaching adult learners.
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to support multiple departments.
  • Ability to learn and understand manufacturing operations and develop relevant training content.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into solutions.
  • Bilingual communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Assess training needs using data and design development initiatives aligned with company values and organizational goals.
  • Develop, deliver, and evaluate engaging training programs for all leadership levels, using diverse methods and technologies to support different learning styles.
  • Lead safety training, support safety onboarding, and maintain a comprehensive training calendar for core safety programs.
  • Partner with management and cross‑functional teams (Safety, Quality, HR, Process Improvement) to address performance and safety gaps through targeted development strategies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions, trainers, and industry partners; support internship and apprenticeship programs to strengthen talent pipelines.
  • Uphold confidentiality and consistently demonstrate professionalism in all training and development activities.
