We offer a competitive salary starting at $55,000 per year, with the potential for higher compensation based on experience and qualifications. A Day in the Life As a Training Specialist, no two days are the same. You’ll: Deliver hands-on coaching and training for Assistant Site Managers and Site Managers, reinforcing safety, guest experience, tunnel operations, sales, and software usage. Design, organize, and facilitate onboarding, orientation, and skills development for all employees. Observe performance, identify training gaps, and adapt programs to ensure consistency and excellence across all locations. Build confidence and competence through encouragement, repetition, and clear expectations. Create, maintain, and improve training materials, SOPs, job aids, and LMS content. Continuously enhance training through feedback, surveys, observation, and collaboration with Operations, HR, Guest Support, and Maintenance. Document best practices, identify trends, and turn lessons learned into scalable, company-wide solutions. Support sites during launches, transitions, acquisitions, and periods of change, including new programs, tools, and leadership development pathways.
