As a key member of the Learning & Development team, the Training Specialist plays a vital role in enhancing associate performance and professional growth across the organization. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering engaging training experiences to adult learners, both in-person and virtually, with a strong focus on certifications, compliance, and associate development. The Training Specialist collaborates with leadership, HR partners, and subject matter experts to implement effective learning strategies, contribute to content on the Learning Management System (LMS), and support the ongoing development of a skilled, mission-driven workforce. This position requires instructional expertise, strong interpersonal skills, and the flexibility to travel and work evenings/weekends as needed.
