The Medtronic Mindset defines the expectations of our culture. Every person here plays a role in bringing it to life. You’ll collaborate with IT, system owners, and process experts to optimize training workflows, implement automation, and manage three scheduled system releases each year. You’ll also research and propose modern workflow or ticketing platforms, potentially driving the transition beyond ServiceNow, to ensure our training systems remain scalable, intelligent, and ready for the future. Ideal candidates bring hands-on experience with ServiceNow or other workflow platforms, Cornerstone learning management system (CSOD) learning administration in a regulated environment, and a strong background in process automation and system integration.
