Join Medtronic’s Global Quality Training team and help shape how the company manages global training operations. In this role, you’ll lead the evolution of Ask Training, our ServiceNow-based platform for training requests and explore next-generation solutions that improve efficiency, compliance, and user experience across the enterprise. You’ll collaborate with IT, system owners, and process experts to optimize training workflows, implement automation, and manage three scheduled system releases each year. You’ll also research and propose modern workflow or ticketing platforms, potentially driving the transition beyond ServiceNow, to ensure our training systems remain scalable, intelligent, and ready for the future. Ideal candidates bring hands-on experience with ServiceNow or other workflow platforms, Cornerstone learning management system (CSOD) learning administration in a regulated environment, and a strong background in process automation and system integration. This is an opportunity to make an enterprise-wide impact by connecting technology, governance, and continuous improvement in support of Medtronic’s mission to alleviate pain, restore health, and extend life.
