What You’ll Work On The Workflow and Analytics Consultant is a strategic, customer-facing subject matter expert within Abbott’s Technical Solution Design (TSD) team. This role leads complex workflow assessments and designs integrated solutions that drive adoption of Abbott’s automation, instrumentation, and digital health products. The Consultant ensures optimal configuration and integration of technologies to meet customer needs, drive business growth, and maintain profitability. A key contributor to winning technical and operational decisions during the sales cycle, the Consultant collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact, data-driven solutions that enhance laboratory performance and customer outcomes.
