The Workflow Specialist is responsible for performing workflow processes within a fast-paced professional services environment. This role demands exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and a high level of discretion when handling confidential information. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing multiple priorities and maintaining accuracy under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and deliver tax returns, audit reports, financial statements, and wealth management documents
• Provide front desk back-up coverage, answer phones, greet clients, and support client drop-off/pick-up
• Manage daily mail, deposits, ACH notifications, and bank/post office runs, and firm errands
• Maintain office supplies, copier readiness, and inventory for multiple locations
• Support kitchen, common areas, meeting rooms, and Media Room setup/cleanup
• Assist with administrative projects, staff requests, and seasonal support
• Set up desks and supplies for new hires, interns, and seasonal staff
• Maintain a structured document system for quick retrieval and shared access.
