Requirements

Must possess a current valid driver's license
College Graduate
Computer and Networking Knowledge. Mandatory - Excel, Access, Database.
Ability to manage time and stay on task while following a delivery schedule
Ability to work with a team and work directly with customers.

Responsibilities

Learn TLG's software solutions - Docuware, BambooHR, Kofax, Office 365, Docusign, etc.
Install configure and customize software to tackle hot spots and automation needs of customers.
Analyze workflow of businesses documenting and flow charting the processes
Account for time on projects
Communicate effectively with all parties involved to ensure representing TLG in a professional manner
Any other duties assigned by management
