The Training Program Coordinator- Behavioral Health plans, coordinates, implements, and evaluates education activities for Nationwide Children’s Hospital and its subsidiaries, collaborating with clinical, research, administrative, and community partners. This role supports project and program development, fiscal management, and administrative aspects of assigned education activities. Key responsibilities include the initial and ongoing development of education programs, recommending new programs and technology based on evaluation and needs assessment, and contributing to the annual community education plan aligned with strategic priorities. The coordinator works with Marketing, community partners, and hospital leadership to enhance the visibility of education programs, maintains web-based information, and oversees the formative and summative evaluation of programs. This involves aggregating data for trend analysis, assisting with improvements, managing accurate records and databases, ensuring timely report submission, maintaining regulatory initiatives, and planning meetings. Additionally, the position involves recommending and administering operations and expenses for designated cost centers and engaging in continuous professional development.
